Awareness Campaign
Youth gang fights and knife crimes among young people are unfortunately common in London. In this project, we collaborated with Newham Council and the Metropolitan Police to facilitate a workshop raising awareness about this issue.
Dozens of young people, aged 6 to 18, participated by creating graffiti murals, personalizing t-shirts advocating for a better future, and sharing their perspectives on the current problems they face, and how these issues affect their lives and the communities where they and their families live.
The Mayor of Newham attended the event, shared his thoughts with our team and the young participants, and listened directly to their experiences with this pressing problem, and their ideas for resolving it once and for all.
